The Case for Flexibility

Stretching… a practice that is not very glamorous, some would say it is boring… others argue it doesn’t matter, still others aren’t sure what to believe.  Some people barely have time to eek out a workout let alone spend extra time stretching.  Then if you chose to stretch there are those questions about what stretches are good stretches, how long do I stretch, when do I stretch?  …before during or after my workout?  Do I stretch first thing or Cold or do I stretch after I warm-up.  Admittedly, it can be a confusing topic.  And, if your career isn’t in sports, probably not worth your time to figure out (or so many of you feel anyway).
